Project description:

According to the ship information provided by the owner,EGR cooler leaks need to repair the leaking area, As a result, the SEASAVE service team conducted dismantling and repair operations on 14 May 2024 at the Nansha Port.

Progress:

Check and dismantle air cooler cover.

Check and dismantle air cooler cover，and remove the accessory and bolts.

Progress:

Identify the leak area and blockages.

Identify the leak area,with dull head to blockages.

Progress:

Reinstall cooler and pressure water test.

Reinstall cooler and pressure water test.

Apply glue and replace the new seal ring,reinstall the air cooler valve,Bolts and connecting all accessory,test for leakage.
After the installation, the pressure water test was performed and no leakage was found.
