No.1 Pre-combustion chamber need overhauling,we proceed disassembly & cleaning & renewal o-ring/gasket/screw & re- install & test sealing
Progress:
Remove the M/E No.1 Pre-combustion chamber
After waiting M/E cooling,disassembly accessory and pull out pre-chamber and injector.Disassembly accessory Pre-chamber & Injector
Progress:
Disassembly pre-chamber,cleaning,polish and replaced spare
The pre-chamber is disassembled, cleaned and polished, then replaced with new seals, gaskets and screws and lubricate and finally reassembled.
Disassembly pre-chamber Check Cleaning & polish Renew screw & gasket & o-ring Renew screw & gasket & o-ring and reassemble Renew screw & gasket & o-ring and reassemble
Progress:
Cleaning pre-combustion chamber & Re-install & Test sealing
Clean the pre-combustion chamber body, lubricate the injector, and reinstall the injector and pre- combustion chamber, and install accessories after testing the seal.
Cleaning before Cleaning after Lubricate injector & install Reinstall pre-chamber & testing seal Test complete & Install accessories and tighten screws
