Preparation
We removed the insulation of the duct and found that there was a crack at each end of the air duct,
which was consistent with the result of corrosion from the appearance:
Proceed cleaning and lapping

Add fix plate above the crack so that crack is in the middle of the plate and plate is aligned with the crack direction:
Welding the plates
Hammering and grinding smooth
PT checking after welding
