Project description:

At ship's request, the SEAWAVE service team conducted the service on board NAUTICAL DREAM in Rizhao Port on 28th.Jan.2024.

Progress:

Replace the spring and scraper in the stuffing box section of unit No.1 and No.3

Replace the spring and scraper in the stuffing box section of unit No.1 and No.3

Remove the stuffing box, take out the spring and scraper and clean, replace the new spring and scraper, and check the clearance, and re-install the stuffing box after passing.

Disassemble stuffing box 
Cleaning stuffing box 
Dismantle and cleaning old spring and scraper
Install new spring and scraper 
Check clearance    
Install stuffing box

No.6 unit Replace the main bearing bottom

No.6 unit Replace the main bearing bottom

After removing the No.6 main bearing bottom bolt, install the new bottom and bolt tighten, and polish and save the old bottom
Use hydraulic tools dismantle the bottom 4 bolts
Disassembly old main bearing bottom
Install new bottom and bolt tighten
put the tools away
