Oil leakage has been found out from both Steering Gear Janney pump, engineers been required to attend to repair the oil leaks and replace necessary spare parts.

Dismantle oil pipes & seat bolts

Dismantle oil pipes & seat bolts

Dismantle oil pipes & seat bolts from NO.1 pump
Dismantle oil pipes & seat bolts from NO.2 pump

Progress:

Main pump disassembled and located oil leak from seals

Main pump disassembled and located oil leak from seals

Main pump disassembled and located oil leak from seals
Locate another oil leak from variable control module
Cleaning oil seals

Progress:

Replace with new seals

Replace with new seals
