Project description:
As Requested, Our Service Team Attended The Subject Vessel On 6th Jan 2024, During Her Alongside At Yangshan Port SHA China. The Reason For Attendance Was Provide Service For ER Fan E-Motor Replacement.
Progress:
Remove the impeller from the old electric motor
Disconnect the cable
Remove the impeller cover
Pulling out the impeller and security
Progress:
Remove the old electric motor
Disconnect/Remove motor connector
Open the fan door
Remove and shifting old motor
Progress:
Install electric motor + fan + “close fan”
The new motor bolt holes have no screw thread diffident with old, need to be modification.
Tap new screw thread on new motor
Install new motor
Assemble the connector and close fan door
Fit back the impeller
Reassembled the cover and protect mush
Progress:
