M/E Steam tracing line -steam leakage,M/E top bracing accumulator defective
Progress:
Inspect and renewed the damaged pipe
M/E STEAM TRACING LINE -STEAM LEAKAGE
CMD service team attendance on board dismantled insolation and inspect/check with 2/E, 4 tracing lines pipe has been damaged need to be replace.
Replace steam tracing pipe line as drawing
The damaged copper pipes
After replace new pipes and insulation

M/E top bracing accumulator defective
No.1-No.4 accumulator pressure test with 2/E.No.1-No.3 adjust the position of the green band. No.4 accumulator no pressure, replace new one and adjust. Filling the old one for spare part
No.1 accumulator pressure test 15 Bar
No.2 accumulator pressure test 15 Bar
No.3 accumulator pressure test 15 Bar
No.4 accumulator pressure test 0 Bar
Renewal accumulator and adjust the green band
After pressure tset.filling the old one as spare part.
