Project description:
According to the ship information provided by the owner, the piston ring of the No. 1 cylinder of the main engine is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Progress:
Remove accessories and cylinder cover.
Remove the parts and bolt by hydraulic special tool and open the cylinder cover.
Progress:
Sand cylinder liner and replace piston ring.
Polish the cylinder liner contact surface well.
Progress:
Sand cylinder liner and replace piston ring.
Remove the piston unit and cleaned measured ,piston ring replaced.
Progress:
Assemble piston and cylinder cover.
Install piston and cylinder cover, connect all accessories,finish the project.
