According to the request all additional supports were reinforced

New design support drawing
Before install supports
Install and welding the new support
Intervened with in use pipes
After add reinforced

Progress:

Main engine auxiliary blower #02 cracks on impeller blades

As request CMD service team attendance onboard for replace impeller on ME blower 2#.

Remove the motor seat
Dismantled all the bolts
Dismantled the motor from ME
Pull out old impeller from motor
Remove the cver of  sealing
Clean the end cap sludge waste
Renewal sealing 
New impeller
Install new impeller 
Tighten/ Torque the bolt to 490Nm 
Re-assembled motor with new design impeller
Measure the clearance between impeller and deflector
After testing 

Progress:

High vibration: Damaged sealing oil pipe (unit #12-Fuel side GAV)

Replace new sealing oil pipe

Remove the old damaged pipe
Leakage point
Install new design pipe
