Impeller for 1# Aux blower renewed with improve design,M/E Free End Platform Structure Stiffening，ME EXV #8 Overhaul replace valve spindle & guide bush with new sealing……
Progress:
1# Aux blower renewed with improve design.
Open the manhole for easy observation of impeller status
Mark the seat of the motor and remove all the bolts
Remove the FWT seat
Remove the motor with damaged impeller
Dismantled the damaged impeller
Cracks in the impeller were found
Remove the cover of sealing
Clean the end cap sludge waste
Renewal the P&S sealings
Install new impeller
Re-assembled motor with new design impeller
Reinstall the seat
After finish and test in good condition

M-0844 ME FREE END PLATFORM STRUCTURE STIFFENING
According to the request all additional supports were reinforced;
1 support touching with 2pipes can not be install same situation as the CC TROCADERO, after discuss with C/E, it was decided to cancel the install this support.

Claim M-0258 EXV GUIDE BUSH O-RING
ME EXV #8 Overhaul replace valve spindle & guide bush with new sealing;
Spare part: Overhaul replace valve spindle & housing with new sealing keep onboard for spare part
Dismantled the attached from ME CLY #8
Remove EXV valve complete from ME to platform
Remove the exhaust valve and top housing
Remove bottom housing
remove the valve cotters
Remove the valve spindle
Remove the guide bush
Remove the guide bush
Damaged part on the spindle
Damaged part on the spindle

Assemble new guide bush with new O-ring
Assemble distance ring with new rod joint ring
Cleaning exhaust valve seat and cylinder cover
Assemble with new valve spindle
Assemble cup springs
Assemble piston
Install back valve cotters& circlip and fulling lube oil
Assemble bottom housing with new O-ring
Fit back top housing and tightening screws to 435 N/m
Test pressure 20 minutes
Assemble exhaust valve complete to ME with new O-ring &gasket , assemble attached
Spart pare assemble with new valve spindle and bottom housing and new O-ring
Assemble guide bush with new O-ring
Assemble cup springs and piston
Renewal bottom housing with new O-ring
After assembled keep on board for spare part
