Dismantled all the bolts
Remove the motor with impeller
Dismantled the old damaged impeller
Cracks in the impeller were found
Remove the cover of sealing
Clean the end cap sludge waste
Renewal the sealings
Install new impeller
Tighten the bolts and re-secure

Renewal the sealings
Install new impeller
Tighten the bolts and re-secure
Re-assembled motor with new design impeller
No.2 AUX blower old impeller re-fit back
After replace impeller ,when shipside test Aux blower can't start the motor, Cause the impeller and the baffle stuck.
After inspection, it was found that the impeller was deformed, and new spare parts could not be provided in a short time at this time, and it was finally decided to reinstall the old impeller

Check/inspection with 2/E, The crew thought that there was no need to weld in the later stage, and the crew installed the pipe clamp by ship crew, this clam could be closed
A position will be add clamp by crew
