At ship's request, ours service team conducted the service on board OOCL ABU DHABI in Shanghai Port on 2025.6.17.
Progress:
Check and dismantle Rocker arm bolts and accessory
After checking the Rocker arm, Mark and Remove bolts and accessories from rocker arm.
Progress:
Replace and install the rocker arm
1.After the old rocker arm is removed, the rocker arm and related parts are thoroughly cleaned to remove oil, iron filings, and apply appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the friction parts and shaft holes of the rocker arm to reduce friction during work.
2.Install the rocker arm to the rocker arm shaft or the corresponding installation position in accordance with the position and sequence marked at the time of removal, install the fixing bolts and safety wires and tighten them according to the specified torque.

Install other accessories and test them
Reapply the sealant,Use a hand chain hoist to lift the special tools to install the bolts and accessories and test them
