Prepare maintenance tools and equipment Remove peripheral parts to expose cylinder head bolts. Install hydraulic tensioner on bolts Connect hydraulic pipeline and debug tools. Adjust tensioner position for locking Apply hydraulic pressure to release bolt preload. Take out old cylinder head bolts slowly Remove bolts with auxiliary tool. Remove bolts with auxiliary tool. Prepare new cylinder head bolts for fitting. Lift new bolt to installation position. Put new bolts into bolt holes in place. Test Overall visual inspection after installation.
