Details Of Service

As Requested, Our Service Team Attended The Subject Vessel between 12th Sep & 18th Sep. During Her Berthing at PingTan Port of China. The Reason For Attendance Was Provide Service For CH3 steel plates renewal work. All Work Done Listed As Below:
1. One foreman & one technician join on board on 12nd .Oct when port staying at Shihu to carry out measurement & inspection with class surveyor .
2. Repair work
a) Repair work (cropping installing welding &grinding .etc)
Tank top plates T20mm*1770mm*3200mm*1pc T20mm*1000mm*1600mm*1pc
Stiffeners T20mm*300mm*600mm*R150*3pcs
Longitude ball Steel HP300*3300mm*1pc Ball plate HP300*1000mm*1pc
Web plates T12mm*750mm*1400mm*1pc T12mm*650mm*900mm1pc
Coller plates T12mm*120mm*200mm*5pcs
b) 2 gas free technicians were arranged for gas free inspection
c) Ut & Vacuum test as request

Renewal plate :T20mm*1000mm*1600mm

Checked/take measurement the need to be renewal size of damaged plate with class surveyor | Cutting off the damaged top plat | Cutting off the damaged stiffeners &Longitudinal ball Steel and Web plate ,grinding | After install new stiffeners &longitude ball Steel and Web plate and caller plates | Full welding Grinding after welding | Install top plate T20mm*1000mm*1600mm | After all plates both side full welding

Inspection/ take measurement the damaged area Cutting off the damaged top plate | Cutting off the damaged top plate Cutting off the bent stiffeners &longitude ball Steel and Web plate | Install and full welding new Web plate T12mm*750mm*1400mm | After renewal longitude ball steel and grinding | Shifting new plate in position and installation | After all plates both side full welding | After all plates both side full welding
