Project description:
According to the ship information provided by the owner,There are seven items on the ship that need repair, so from the SEASAVE service team were at the port of Zhangjiagang on 2025.9.15 to carry out the repair work.
Progress:
Replacement of steam pressure gauge. & Installation of the stern tube oil leakage collector.
1.Remove the insulation cotton, replace the pressure gauge and test it.
2.Weld the installation collector.
Progress:
Installation of generator exhaust hose. & The copper pipe of the air conditioner compressor is leaking.
1.Turn off the generator and install a hose on the exhaust pipe.
2.Copper tube welding repair and testing.
Progress:
Missing scallops on ER side shell stiffeners.
1.Twenty new water flow holes were opened, sanded clean and painted.
