Project description:

At ship's request, ours service team conducted the service on board SAIC ANJI SINCERITY in Lianyungang Port on 2025.9.2.

Progress:

1. Check and cut off the power supply, stop the blower from running, and ensure operational safety. Remove the air inlet and outlet, flange plates, guardrails and other connecting parts, take off the bearing cover and fixing bolts, and then remove the old bearing.

Replace the shaft seal & clean

Replace the shaft seal & clean

1. Use a dedicated device, connect the pull rod, and simultaneously tighten the pull beam to pull out the shaft seal to avoid damage from knocking. Remove the old shaft seal.
2.Clean the shaft seal groove and installation surface, inspect the wear of the shaft journal and bearing housing, and replace, lubricate and install new shaft seals and sealing parts.
3. Clean and install the motor blades, lift the blower with a hand chain hoist, and test after installing all accessories.

1.After inspection, remove the accessories and measure the dimensions of the pipes.
2.Measure, clean and lubricate new pipes
