Project description:
At ship's request, ours service team conducted the service on board EVER APEX in Ningbo and Shanghai Port on 2025.6.8.
Progress:
Check and dismantle Cylinder head bolt and accessory
1.After checking the Cylinder head, use hydraulic tools dismantle bolts and accessory and clean
2.After cleaning, maintaining and servicing the valve stem, wrap a protective film around it
Progress:
Replace the new cylinder head bolts
1.Re-lubricate and reinstall the all valve stem
2.Replace and clean the cylinder head bolts
Progress:
Replace and install new cylinder head packing
1.Apply sealant to the new cylinder head packing. Replace and install new cylinder head packing
2.Add packing to the cylinder head and reinstall the accessories
