Project description:

According to the ship information provided by the owner,the vessel needs claim repair, so from the SEASAVE service team were at the port of Nansha-Yantian on 18,Mar,2025 to carry out the repair work.

Progress:

The intermediate platform of M/E SCR and No.1/No.2 D/G SCR is shock-proof. & M/E,D/G oil change valve FCV-6 safety valve.

Cut boards as required, sand and fasten, and weld brackets.

Progress:

There are multiple air leaks between M/E SCR and RTV valves and black smoke is emitted to prevent leakage.

Remove the thermal insulation foam from the SCR smoke pipe of the host.

After 4-5 pairs of diagonal bolts of the flange are symmetrically tightened, use special tools to tighten the remaining bolts one by one. Fill the sealing surfaces of the flange with high-temperature materials using special tools, and reassemble the SCR thermal insulation foam for the smoke pipe.

Progress:

Engine room 3 deck CO2 fire extinguisher displaced. & Bridge wing life buoy support modification.

Place the CO2 fire extinguisher from the water retaining flat iron on the periphery of the water retaining flat iron.
Cut the plate above the lifebuoy and weld the plate after cutting.
