Dismantle the bolt and pipe for open cyl cover
Dismantle the bolt for remove cyl cover
Remove the cyl cover
Liner measurment and recoder

UNIT NO 2 OVERHAUL
Draw up piston unit NO 2
Stuffing box disassembly and cleaned
scraper ring replaced
Aft replaced scraper ring gap measured
Cleaned and disassembly
No 2 piston crown damage need replace
Unit No 2 Piston ring is damaged
Unit No 2 Piston ring is damaged
Piston crown remove from workshop
Pistion skirt cleaned and oring replaced
Piston crown disassembly and cleaning
Piston crown replaced complate（piston ring use new one by vessel rcvd before ）
Presure testing for unit No 2
Liner need replaced and dismanatle
New liner cleaned and o-ring renewal
Pistion unit assembly
New liner &and new piston crown replaced
New liner measurment
Cyl cover cleaned
Assembly back cyl cover

UNIT NO 3 OVERHAUL
When draw up the pistion ring is broken
Piston crown groove damaged need replace
Clearance measured
Remove new spare piston unit
Disassemble the piston crown from spare piston unit and use for NO 3 unit
Install piston
Bolt tight by special tools
Pistion crown was tight
Cleaning the piston crown
Piston ring use new one by vessel rcvd at june-2023

Cooler jacket cleaned and renewal
Assembley piston unit
Piston unit assembly
New liner and piston crown replaced complate
New liner measurment
Cyl cover assembly
Scavenginging box celaned
Cyl cleaned and assembly back
