As report from shipside there is D-SHACKLE pin of chain shack went out . Arranged repair team when vessel port staying time at Shekou terminal

As report from shipside there is D-SHACKLE pin of chain shack went out . Arranged repair team when vessel port staying time at Shekou terminal
aa. First arrangement when port staying time : Arranged big barge to terminal job could not do due to port Authorities not allowed team on board
bb. Second time arranged when vessel completed terminal shifting: Due to anchor pin is outside ,and could not release .( New repair plan had to be done)
1.Fabricated big wire 6pcs with big shackles at workshop urgently then made fast t with anchor end shackle
2.Released anchor chain . Moved main pin to position
3.Welded main pins with shackle to ensure enough safe
4.Released anchor chain on barge .Removed the pin & old lead seals
5.Installed pin properly with other 8pcs small pins then filled lead seals
6.Stbd side anchor lift on barge for further inspection & found normally
7.Heavy up testing

Inspect and repair
The initial state : The pin almost went out .And can not release chain to done side for further repair
The condition which made fast upper
To arrange technician went inside the hawse pipe for inspection and made fast from end shackle of anchor
The drawing of shackles
Released anchor with parts of the chains including joining shackle on barge . Renewal of taper pins as below indication from manufacture . Filled Lead seals followed indication of manufacture
