Project description:

At ship's request, the our service team conducted the service on board OOCL DENMARK in Shanghai Port on Feb 3, 2025.

Progress:

Check and dismantle M/E Exhaust valve bolts and accessory

Check and dismantle M/E Exhaust valve bolts and accessory

After checking the M/E Exhaust valve, use hydraulic tools dismantle bolts and accessory

Progress:

Remove and repair and clean the exhaust valve

Remove and repair and clean the exhaust valve

Pull up the Exhaust valve with crane and Replace the new seal ring Lubricate the clean exhaust valve
Pull up cylinder head after reassembly Clean and polish the piston surface and stuffing box

 

Progress:

Reinstall all accessories &Check and remove pipe bolts

Reinstall all accessories &Check and remove pipe bolts

Install all accessories by hydraulic device after lubrication Remove bolts with special tools，Replace gasket seal ring

Progress:

Re-bolt the pipe and test the seal

Re-bolt the pipe and test the seal

Re-bolt the pipe and test the seal
