- TheNO1 unit piston groove was inspected and found damaged need renew
- Piston crown dismantled
- No 1 unit replace the piston crown and assembled
- Piston head bolt tighten
- Locking wire fixed
- Piston cown cleaned
- Piston renew / Piston ring measurement
- Spare parts of stuffing box renew and install back
- Piston unit pressure test
- Piston unit install back
- Cyl Liner measurement
- Crosshead bolt tighten
- Cooling water jacket dismantled
- Cooling water jacket cleaned
- o-ring of Cooling water jacket renew and assemble
- Sealing ring and flame ring renew
- Cyl cover install back
