A: A/E No 2 D/G
1-No2 D/G Engine Cyl NO1 to No 5 Units Cylinder Covers To Be Opened Up for cleaning /carbonized exhaust valve set&spindle replaced ,o-ring replaced ,cooling weater jacket cleaned /o-ring replaced/presure testing
2-Liner pulled up and o-ring replaced
3-Cyl No 2 exhaust valve set&spindle replaced,No 3 main valve set &spindle replaced.
4-Cyl No 4 exhaust valve set&spindle replaced,No 5 exhaust valve set&spindle replaced.
5-Piston unit cleaned and measurment.
6-Liner to Be cleaned measured and recorder, liner is good condition，replaced oring.
B: A/E No 1 D/G
1-No1 D/G Engine All Units Cylinder Covers To Be Opened Up and overhauled.
2-Cyl No1 to No5 be cleaned and replaced valve set,guide and spindle.
C: A/E No 3 D/G
1- D/G Engine Cyl NO1 to No5 cyl cover Units for overhauled.
2- Cyl No1 to No5 be cleaned and replaced valve seat,guide,spindle.
D: All 3 unit D/E runing testing and load test continue.

Unit No.2 OVERHAUL

Model nameplate,Dismantle parts necessary,CYL cover open by 550 bar hydraulice tools,Dismantle Cyl unit for NO1 to No 5,Cyl cover cleaned and exhauxt vavle seat replaced,Guide replaced,Inlet vavle lapping,New oring and spindle&valve seat supplied,Guide for injector holder replace,Cyl cover leakage testing,Liner measurements found normal,Take out the liner,Frame cleaning,Liner cleaning,Oring replaced,Liner reinstall,Piston unit cleaning&assembly,Accessory assembly,Crank case cleaned
