Project description:

According to the ship information provided by the owner,the steel plate and anchor chain needs to be replace, so from the SEASAVE service team were at the port of shanghai on 16 ,Sep 2024 to carry out the repair work.

Progress:

Check and cut the steel plate that needs to be replaced.

Set up scaffolding and fireproof cloth on the opposite side of the deformed steel plate, check and cut the deformed steel plate, and replace the new steel plate.

Progress:

Weld new steel plate and replace anchor chain.

1.Weld new steel plates &Lift the damaged steel plate with a hand hoist and continue cutting.
2.Lifting the plate with a hand hoist, fixing& welding &polishing &clean it.
3.Replace the new anchor chain & Paint the welding area，next test new steel plate.
