Due to the port side accommodation ladder damaged last voyage . Inspection team was arranged for inspection .

Upper platform condition : Need to remove the upper platform including pin

-To check the upper condition
-To check the hoisting winch /davit condition.
-Taking measurement of ladder & winch damaged parts


Progress:

Davit/Winch deformed : Foundation eyes *2pcs & Long shaft * 1pc needed to fabricate . The davit moved from original position needed to be rectified

Comments & suggestion :
1.Due to the port side ladder damaged as Stbd alongside is more convenience for installing . Or have to use again gantry crane
2.Pls recheck with shiside for wires . As boarding service engineer side there are new wires on board
3.New ladder fabrication duration 35days
