No.4 ,No.3 &No.2 Scrubber damper repair work

Details Of Service
Due to the Scrubber damper can not close properly . Owner request to carry out repair as blow
- No.4 Scrubber damper was dismantled at Tianjin then transfer to SHA workshop : Disassembling , grinding valve internal , recondition damper , valve stem welding & machined , fabricated new bush . Tested at workshop
Valve/damper assembled . Shitting to position and installed with new High-temperature graphite gaskets when vessel calling SHA/WGQ terminal . Insulation refitted when working on good condition and tested with shipside
- No.3 Dismantled at WGQ . Repair /recondition same with No.4 . Shitting to position and installed with new High-temperature graphite gaskets when vessel calling Xiamen terminal . Insulation refitted when working on good condition and tested with shipside
- No.2 Disassemble on board found only bush damaged . To fabricate bush at SHA workshop . To arrange team join on board when calling Shekou
