Owner's information Ship accommodation ladder platform pin is broken.A new pin needs to be made and replaced.
Progress:
Disassemble gangway platform pin
Disassemble the gangway platform and move it to the engine room workshop via the crane.
By heating, cutting and striking the pin, the broken pin is disassembled, and then the wheel is activated.

Install new gangway platform pin
The machined new pin is installed by welding.

Reinstall the gangway platform
After polishing the contact surface, adjust the position to install the accommodation ladder platform and tighten the screws to fix it.

Load test of accommodation ladder
Connect the water pipe, lay the water bags on the gangway in turn, and fill each water bag with water.
When each water bag is filled with water, operate the remote control gangway, let the gangway load up and down, ensure that it is OK to complete the load test. Finally put away the water bag to complete the whole project.
