At ship's request, our service team provided services to the SAIC ANJI SINCERITY on August 3, 2024, in Tianjin Port.
Progress:
Check and dismantle Main engine rocker arm bolts and accessory.
After checking the Main engine rocker arm, remove bolts and accessories and open the crank box door.
Progress:
Start turning and measure rocker arm clearance
Make the crank in a position below the fuel side, and make sure that the bottom surface of the connecting block on the connecting rod, the connecting block plane on the rocker arm and the oil hole are clean，then start measuring the rocker arm clearance.
Progress:
Reassemble accessories and bolts and the rocker arm operates normally after the test, and the inspection result is normal.
Locate the pin holes on the connecting surface of the support and the frame to ensure that the hinged depth is in place and the positioning is reliable. Remove the rocker arm support, evenly apply sealant, reinstall the positioning pin, tighten all the connecting bolts. Finally, re-check the four remaining positions of each cylinder rocker arm to confirm that it can move freely, install locking steel wires on the connecting bolts of the connecting rod and rocker arm, and then close the door of the crank box. Reassemble all accessories.
