M/E Replace cylinder cover No. 2 and exhaust valve gasket No. 10 ,M/E High pressure oil pump platform replacement
Progress:
Replace M/E No. 2 cylinder cover
1.After checking the M/E No. 2 cylinder cover, With hydraulic tools dismantle bolts and accessory.
2.Use the crane to lift the cylinder head and remove cylinder cover and water jacket.
3.Clean the jacket and inside of the jacket.
4.Clean cylinder liner surface contact surface.
5.Replace the new cylinder cover and gasket and o-ring.
6.Reinstall the water jacket and lubricate, and reinstall the assembled cylinder head.
Progress:
Replace M/E exhaust valve gasket No. 10
1 After inspection, use hydraulic tools to remove bolts and accessories.
2 Lift the exhaust valve with a crane and remove the damaged gasket.
3 Cleaning and replaced for exhaust valve,gasket and o-ring,last re-installation.
Progress:
M/E High pressure oil pump platform replacement
1 Close valves, remove platforms, railings, insulation and pipes (oil and tracing pipes).Replace the platform and re-install the oil pipe and insulation, and weld the platform joints.
2 Starting the M/E to run the pressure test, check that the pressure test is normal, stop the M/E, and re-install the railings, tracing pipes and insulation.Finally, the steam valve is opened for steam test and no leakage is checked.
