Removal of bolts and tubes for opening the cylinder head
Disassembly of cylinder parts
Opening of cylinder head bolts at 1500bar
Progress:
Unit 1 overhaul
Open the cylinder head Pick up the cylinder head
Disassemble the piston unit in the crankcase Pull up the piston unit
Remove the piston ring Measure the piston ring gap
Sharpen the piston crown Remove the piston crown
Clean the piston skirt Clean the piston crown and replace the sealing rings
Clean piston skirt and replace sealing ring Reassemble piston crown
Tighten bolts Piston bolt mounting safety line
Disassemble the stuffing box Measure the stuffing box and recode it
Replace wiper ring in stuffing box Replace spring in stuffing box
Clean and inspect the stuffing box housing Reassemble the scavenge box
Clean stuffing box and replace sealing ring Pressure test
Clean and inspect cylinder liner for integrity
Measure and record cylinder liner Piston ring renewal
Piston unit reinstallation
Cylinder head water jacket disassembly and cleaning
Cylinder head water jacket grinding Cylinder head water jacket sealing ring renewal
Install back cylinder liner water tube Clean cylinder head surface
Install back cylinder head Remove exhaust valve
Replace exhaust valve and renew sealing ring
Install exhaust valve
Tighten exhaust valve bolts
Clean scavenge box Clean crankcase

NO 2 Overhaul the unit
Pull out piston unit Remove piston rings
Measure piston ring gap Grind piston crown
Disassemble piston crown Piston skirt cleaning
Piston skirt cleaning and inspection Piston crown cleaning and sealing ring replacement
Replace piston skirt sealing ring Reassemble piston crown
Bolt tightening Piston bolt installation safety line
Stuffing box measurement and recoding Stuffing box wiper and spring replacement
Clean and inspect stuffing box housing Reinstall scavenge box
Clean stuffing box and replace sealing ring Pressure test
Cylinder sleeve measurement and recording
Piston reassembly Piston ring renewal
Cylinder head water jacket removal and cleaning
Grind cylinder head water jacket
Renew cylinder head sealing ring and install back
Bolt down and install safety wire
Replace and install cylinder liner water tube o-rings
Fire ring renewal Cylinder liner surface cleaned and parts replaced
Put back cylinder head
Exhaust Valve
Replace exhaust valve and renew sealing ring
Replace exhaust valve
Replace cylinder head bolts
